EORI Volunteers at Food Bank of Wyoming

The Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute’s team volunteered at the Food Bank of Wyoming packing food boxes for Wyomingites facing food insecurity.

The EORI staff volunteered their time and effort at the Food Bank of Wyoming’s Casper Distribution Center where the team helped build and pack a pallet of food-filled boxes.  These food boxes are delivered to any of 19 different mobile pantries across Wyoming for use by people facing food insecurity. This program serves urban and rural neighborhoods and helps to feed anyone in need of assistance; no one is turned away.

“In the fiscal year 2022, the Food Bank of Wyoming distributed over 9.2 million pounds of nutritious food to our neighbors across Wyoming experiencing hunger. That's the equivalent of more than 7.4 million meals helping individuals, families, and communities thrive” – Food Bank of Wyoming

The Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute would like to specifically thank Shelly Swierkowski and Danica Sveda of the Food Bank of Wyoming for their help in making it easy to volunteer as a group and for the opportunity to give back to our community. EORI is committed to making a positive difference in our community and our partnership with the Food Bank of Wyoming allowed us to do just that.
