Tristan Houser, Polymer Technologies & Troy Skitt, Merit Energy

Tristan Houser, Vice President of Operations, Polymer Technologies
Tristan is an emerging expert in the polymer gel solutions space. His experience working for companies both large and small paired with an extensive knowledge of field operations make Tristan a valuable asset to the Polymer Technologies team.

Troy Skitt – Operations Engineer, Merit Energy
Troy has 11 years of experience in reservoir management and development of EOR fields throughout Wyoming and North Dakota. Troy joined Merit Energy in 2017 and is presently an Operations Engineer for their Big Horn Basin assets. He is responsible for optimizing production and improving efficiencies of waterflooded and DDP reservoirs. Prior to joining Merit, he worked as an Exploration Geologist for Murex Petroleum Corporation in the Williston Basin. Troy graduated from Colorado State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Geology, and the University of North Dakota with a M.S. in Geology in 2013.
