David S. Wesson, P.E., is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in unconventional completion technologies. He has founded and led multiple successful startups, including Owen Oil Tools, Probe Technologies, InDepth Systems, and GEODynamics, which he sold in a $600M deal to Oil States International. David holds over 100 U.S. patents and brings deep international business expertise. A registered professional engineer and Texas A&M graduate, he also holds an MBA from SMU and has served on numerous boards and advisory roles in energy, technology, and entrepreneurship. He and his wife Patsy live in Fort Worth, TX, and Woody Creek, CO.
