Roger J. Hillibush

Mr. Hillibush is a multifaceted information technology professional with 19 years of experience serving various types of business and industry with IT services, consulting and management including systems administration, network administration, project management, information security, compliance and systems design and implementation. His work has also included key roles in organizational leadership, management, business and financial management, business continuity and program development. Prior to joining EORI in 2020, Mr. Hillibush served as the IT Operations Manager for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority managing all information systems including the GIS infrastructure driving the dissemination of Wyoming’s pipeline infrastructure through data sharing and web mapping serving the public, industry and State agencies. Leveraging his business, management, financial and technical acumen he also owned and operated an IT consulting company specializing in technology services, consulting, management, support and complete IT solutions for small business. Mr. Hillibush has also served in both the U.S. Navy, Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA and the Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne, WY.
