The Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute assesses the potential for improved oil recovery in the Muddy Formation at Rozet and Windmill Fields
Reservoir mapping of the Muddy Formation at Rozet Field and subsequent modeling of the waterflood using StreamSim software indicate that additional recoverable reserves can be realized through improved waterflood design. Additionally, a study of the Muddy reservoir at nearby Windmill Field, which is still on primary production, serves as a good comparison to what might be accomplished there with the introduction of a secondary recovery program.
