The Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) is sponsoring a study to evaluate the effectiveness of microbial treatments to alleviate paraffin problems in Wyoming oil wells. The EORI is seeking the cooperation of operators to provide access and perform microbial treatments on wells with paraffin clogging issues for testing. Up to 15 wells will be selected for this study.
No Out-of-Pocket Cost to Participate
The EORI will provide the well treatments at no out-of-pocket cost to the operator/s of the selected wells contingent upon operator(s) cooperation and performance of specified protocol for well treatment and data collection. Study results will be published after all field tests are complete.
Selection of Field Test Sites - Ongoing through October 2021
Selection of field test-sites submitted by operators is ongoing, but we would like to finish all field tests by end of 2021.
